This product offers a "Shopify App" integrated with the WhatsApp Business platform, enabling our Customers to efficiently manage, process, analyze, and facilitate the exchange of messages between their business systems and their clientele across WhatsApp provided by DiscoCrate and third-party platforms (collectively referred to as the "Service").

At DiscoCrate, we are unwavering in our commitment to safeguarding Personal Data, which includes data utilized for our own operational purposes as well as data entrusted to us by our valued Clients.

Cloud API

DiscoCrate sends messages to Meta's Cloud API service. This service temporarily stores the messages before forwarding them to the WhatsApp Business Platform.
